Name: Vincent Esposito “VinnyRisk”

Brief History:
I was born in Bridgeport, CT., and as early on as I can remember, I've had the dream of riding motorcycles. I started racing BMX at the age of 14 and I won many titles and trophies along the way. Following that, I became interested in riding motocross, ATVs, and finally sport bikes.

At the age of 20 I had taken my first chance at riding on the streets. I did this with a 94 Suzuki GSX-R 750, and it didn’t last a week. I totaled this bike after a bad tank slap into the woods. I had also broken my leg and was in a cast for six months, it would set me back from riding anytime soon. I then would sell off the bike and start once again.
Before the six months were up, however, I'd already bought another bike: a Honda XR250. This one I had to hide from the parents. My leg had not yet healed but I was unable to fight the urge to ride any longer. Despite the cast on my leg running below my knee, the bike came out as soon as my parents left the house for work. I decided I would ride this bike until I could get something better; I couldn't wait to get another sport bike!
Once my leg healed, I returned to work. I started my own landscaping business, put some money together, and bought a 97 Suzuki GSX-R 750. After two months, my riding days had come to an end on account that I’d received many tickets and motor vehicle arrests. I was always too persistent at riding these bikes to their full potential.

I met many new riders that I would ride with and compete with on the streets. Sometimes I remember people talking up a race or maybe a wheelie competition for distance; I would do it all! I would find my match and never back down! More accidents would come and I remember much road rash.
As these days passed, I began going to race tracks and competed in wheelie contests. After many bikes and motors (all Suzuki), I strove to find new competition.
At this point, I felt I needed a name. Many ideas came and went. I’ve seen many people pass on along the way, including close friends, and I reflected upon what we all were doing and the ways of danger in society. I wanted a name that could explain it all. Every time people spoke of bikes the word "Risk" would come into play. Because we all live and take chances I knew this name would stick. “TEAMRISK"
