btw, how long do i exercise a day, im 14 years old
it doesn’t affect your flexibility so long as you do even just 10 minutes of stretching whenever you work out. your stretches are most effective after the body has warmed up. at your age you might not want to do weight training more than every other day because you want your body to have enough growth hormone left over to put towards making you taller and other development.
